FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR TEACHERS

Age: 22-60, Bachelor Degree or higher, Teaching Certification (T.E.F.L, T.E.S.O.L, etc), Non-Criminal Record, Health Check, Native speaker or Non-Native that meet legal requirements to work (For e.g. A Non Native that has a degree in Education) and Valid Passport.
The length of the process can vary widely. Based on our experience it takes around 40-60 working days if applying from outside of China and 22-25 working days if already in China for the entire process.
Currently we offer ESL and academic jobs in international schools, kindergartens, middle, primary, high, universities and training centers.
We currently focus on job opportunities in China.

We provide job placement services for teachers. We also provide contract negotiation, professional makeovers, visa application and many more.
Our job placement fees are paid by the hiring organization. We do offer additional services that might be outside the contract. This is paid by either the teacher or school.

Work is not only related to teaching, but it is also about the hiring organization providing the right environment for the teacher to meet his/her potential we will support both parties in ensuring that this is done.

Both schools and teachers will have access to additional services that we offer at discounted rates such as contract negotiation, visa application/renewal, apartment search, travel planning & team building, and others.
Our teacher placement services fee range from 10,000 – 15,000 rmb which is paid by the hiring organization after the teacher is on board. We will manage the relationship between teacher/school for the entire duration of the contract. If the teacher quits during the probationary period, we will be responsible for finding a replacement.
We have access to up to 300-500 teachers who are already in-country. Once the international travel restrictions are lifted we will have a much larger pool of teachers.
Yes, all our teachers are screened and are able to meet any legal requirements to work. This could include national & local criminal background checks, local and national health checks. It is essential for our long term growth to ensure we work with people that are safe and trustworthy.
Our available teachers are mainly from the Caribbean and North America.
